Ocean Spray Resort — Private Celebration

The Brief

A high-end private evening at Ocean Spray Resort — a night where the resort was transformed into a celebration venue with full ambient lighting, floral treatment and curated entertainment for an intimate guest list.

Scope

• ●Resort-wide ambient lighting
• ●Floral and foliage styling throughout venue
• ●Entertainment programming
• ●Hospitality and guest flow
• ●Photo-worthy environmental styling

How We Did It

The brief was 'not a party — a statement.' We treated the entire resort as the venue, not just the main hall: pathway lighting, palm uplight, floral stations at every corner, a stage programmed to feel like extension of the resort architecture. By 9pm, guests had stopped looking at phones and started looking around.

The Outcome

The host's one line to us at the end: 'This is the one people will remember.'
